About the Role:
As a Production Design Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our client’s artwork translates perfectly onto promotional products.  You’ll utilize your design skills and technical expertise to prepare artwork for production, working closely with our sales team and decorators, and Coordinate with external resources to support external demand.

Responsibilities:  Do and manage the outsourcing of the following:
  • Become a master of first impressions! Craft clear and visually engaging digital proofs that wow our clients and secure their final approval.
  • Breathe new life into client artwork! You'll meticulously redraw logos and graphics into pristine vector formats using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Embrace the rainbow! Separate artwork into specific colors for screen printing and embroidery, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Join the press party!  Work together with our production team to guarantee color accuracy and top print quality during on-press checks.
  • Build a digital treasure trove! Organize and keep a comprehensive library of artwork for future reference and reference future projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the flow and interaction of both internal and external sources to maximize support for the business.
  • Stay ahead of the curve! Keep yourself updated on industry trends and software advancements in design and production.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Production Artist or similar design role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of vector graphics and color separation principles.
  • Leadership and Coordination skills.
  • Ability to influence parts of the business outside of your specific responsibilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
